Who We Are
As a redeemed people saved by the atoning work of our Lord Jesus Christ, it is our desire to fulfill the Lord’s Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations (See Matthew 28:18-20). The Bible teaches us that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners (I Tim. 1:15). Sin separates us from the one true and holy God and we need to be clothed with the righteousness of Jesus Christ. As Christ Jesus came to the earth to save the lost through His death and resurrection, so He also calls His church to preach the gospel of good news and salvation from sin. It is our heart’s desire that every- one would ponder the truth that our souls are eternal and that our short lives, and how we live them, have eternal consequences.
What We Believe
We believe in one holy God, Creator of the universe and of all people. We confess our rebellion against Him and recognize that justice demands eternal death as the penalty for our sin. We believe that Jesus Christ lived a perfect and sinless life and died on the cross as our substitute. Three days later, he rose from the grave, triumphant over sin and death. Through faith in Christ, we are freely and graciously forgiven by God, justified in His sight, and promised eternal life. God restores us to fellowship with Himself and with each other, and equips us by His Spirit to live for His glory.
